Financial Calendar of the Year 2022
In the context of its obligations according to the Regulation of the ATHENS EXCHANGE, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces its Financial Calendar of the year 2022 which has as follows:
Release date of the fiscal year 2021 Financial Results: Tuesday April 12th, 2022 after the close of business. The Annual Financial Report of the fiscal year 2021 will be available on the Company website www.moh.gr (Investor Relations / Financial Information / Full Year Financial Reports) as well as on the ATHEX website www.athexgroup.gr after the close of business on Tuesday April 12th, 2022.
Annual briefing to analysts: will take place over a teleconference on Wednesday April 13th, 2022 at 17:30 hrs local time (UK: 15:30, EASTERN US: 10:30).
Annual Ordinary General Meeting: Wednesday June 22nd, 2022.
Year 2021 ex-dividend date: Monday June 27th, 2022 (that is, after June 17th, 2022 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index, in which it is included).
Shareholders entitled to the year 2021 dividend: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Tuesday June 28th, 2022 (record date).
First day of payment of the year 2021 dividend: Monday July 4th, 2022.

Announcement of Business Developments
MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. and PUBLIC POWER CORPORATION S.A. hereby announce that they have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding agreement whereby they undertake the responsibility to establish the framework and carry out, through a Joint Venture scheme, investment projects related to the green Hydrogen sector. The participation of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. in the joint scheme will be 51% while that of PPC S.A. will be 49%.
The two parties maintain that the Joint Venture scheme will be a first mover in the development of the Hydrogen economy in Greece, having access to the RES energy production platform of PPC S.A. and taking advantage of the dynamic profile and knowhow of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. which is one of the country’s leading energy groups.
The main objective of the Joint Venture will be the development of projects for the production and storage of green Hydrogen thus facilitating the process of Greece’s energy transition to an environment of Net Zero carbon emissions.

The Interim Financial Statements for the period 1.1.2021 – 30.9.2021 will be available on the Company website www.moh.gr (Investor Relations / Financial Information / Quarterly Financial Statements) as well as on the ATHEX website www.athexgroup.gr after the close of business on Tuesday November 23rd, 2021.

Update of the Year 2021 Financial Calendar – Decision for the distribution of interim dividend
The Board of Directors of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. in its meeting of 1 November 2021 decided the distribution of a gross amount of Euro 0.20 per share as interim dividend for the year 2021. At the same meeting mentioned above, the Company’s Board defined the ex-date, record date and payment commencement date of the year 2021 interim dividend as follows:
Year 2021 ex-interim dividend date: Monday 8 November 2021 (that is, prior to 19 November 2021 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index in which the Company’s stock is included).
Shareholders entitled to the year 2021 interim dividend: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Tuesday 9 November 2021 (record date).
First day of payment of the year 2021 interim dividend: Monday 15 November 2021.
The payment details of the year 2021 interim dividend will be notified by the Company with a subsequent announcement.

Commencement of the construction of the CCGT power plant in Komotini from the groups MOTOR OIL and GEK TERNA.
With reference to a previous announcement dated 11 June 2021 and following approval by the Competition Authority dated 23 August 2021, it is hereby announced that the groups MOTOR OIL and GEK TERNA have signed the award for the construction of the Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power plant fueled with natural gas at the Komotini Industrial Area which denotes the commencement of the construction of the project.
KOMOTINI THERMOELECTRIC, a company which will develop the power plant with sole and equal shareholders the companies Motor Oil Renewable Energy (MORE) and GEK TERNA, assigned the construction of the CCGT to TERNA A.E. which in turn entered into an agreement with SIEMENS for the supply of the main equipment to be used for the construction of the plant of 877 MW capacity.
The total capital expenditure of the project is estimated at Euro 375 million. The commencement of the commercial operation of the plant is expected early in the year 2024.
The construction of the new modern CCGT power plant is of strategic importance with regards to meeting the energy needs of the country due to the projected gradual closure of lignite power plants.

Appointment of Chief Accountant
According to article 2 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that Mr. Vassilios Chanas has taken over the position of Chief Accountant of the Company. Mr. Chanas was born in 1965. He is a graduate of the Athens Graduate School of Economics and Business Sciences (ASOEE) and holds an MBA from the same Faculty. He has 30-years of professional experience at senior positions of companies engaging in the sectors of Information Technology, Advertising, Media and heavy industry. He joined the Company in 2015.
