With reference to a relevant Hellenic Capital Market Commission letter dated March 27^th, 2013, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby notifies the following:

1.The Group keeps no deposits with the Bank of Cyprus and the Cyprus Popular Bank which are based in Cyprus.

2.The Group has no exposure to securities (such as shares, bonds) or financial instruments of the above mentioned banking institutions.

3.In 2012 Group sales to Cyprus based customers amounted to Euro 71.8 million corresponding to 0.74% of consolidated turnover. The outstanding receivables balance amounts to Euro 0.6 million today.

4.Based on the above, it is estimated that the impact on Group turnover, financial results and shareholders’ equity is negligible.

5.There is no other information deemed necessary to be disclosed to the investment public.

It is hereby announced that on March 27^th 2013 MOTOR OIL HOLDINGS LTD acquired, through an Over-The-Counter (OTC) transaction, 70,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value  EURO 497,000 owned by DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY.

The present announcement is made in the context of article 6, par. 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005.

More specifically, the Board of Directors of MOTOR OIL HOLDINGS LTD consists of Messrs. Vardis J. Vardinoyannis, John V. Vardinoyannis and Petros T. Tzannetakis who are, respectively, Chairman, Executive Vice-Chairman and Executive Member of the BoD of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A., while DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY is closely associated with Mr. Nikos Th. Vardinoyannis, Non-Executive BoD Member of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A.

All above individuals are obliged to acknowledge their stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005.

It is hereby announced that on March 26^th 2013 Mr. Ioannis Dimakis, Corporate Announcements Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), bought 250 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 1,830.

Additionally, on the same day the wife of Mr. Ioannis Dimakis bought 270 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 1,952.10.
