Following the decisions by the Extraordinary General Assembly of Company shareholders dated March 29th, 2012, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the stock exchange transaction (by the means of block trade) for the purchase of 7,122,222 CYCLON HELLAS shares at a price of Euro 0.50 per share was effected on April 10th, 2012.
The above shares represent 26.71% of the share capital and of the voting rights of CYCLON HELLAS S.A.
