It is hereby announced that on February 22nd, 2008, the spouse of Mr. Konstantinos Thanopoulos, Internal Audit Manager (person obliged to acknowledge her stock exchange transactions on the Company’s shares, according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 1,000 Company shares of total value € 13,560.
