Following its announcement dated March 28^th, 2012, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby informs that on November 5^th, 2012 it submitted a non-binding offer for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of “PUBLIC GAS CORPORATION GROUP” (DEPA), together with “MYTILINEOS S.A. – GROUP OF COMPANIES” and “M and M NATURAL GAS S.A.” which has been jointly established by the two Groups. The latter has been defined as consortium leader with a percentage participation of 80% while the two groups will participate with 10% each. The DEPA wholly owned subsidiary “HELLENIC GAS TRANSMISSION SYSTEM OPERATOR S.A.” does not form part of the submitted non-binding offer.

Citigroup Global Markets Limited is acting as Financial Adviser of the consortium.

The Company will inform the investment public and the competent authorities in case there is a specific development in respect of the submitted offer.
