Regulated Information: Purchases of own shares

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that, by virtue of the decision of the Annual Ordinary General Assembly dated 6 June 2018 and following the relevant announcement of 12 June 2018, on 28 February 2020 it effected purchases of 22,971 Company shares of total value EUR 346,422.25 (average price per share: EUR 15.08). The said shares correspond to 0.02% of the share capital of the Company.

 

The purchases of own Company shares are effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
