Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007: Transaction Acknowledgment
It is hereby announced that on May 12th 2017 DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY sold 103,690 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 1,839,460.60 through a stock exchange transaction.
DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY is a legal entity related with Mr. Nikos Th. Vardinoyannis, Non-Executive BoD Member of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A., who obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 19 of the Regulation (ΕU) 596/2014 and article 13 of the Law 3340/2005.
