UPDATE REGARDING THE TENDER OFFER TO THE SHAREHOLDERS OF CYCLON HELLAS S.A.

Subsequently to the previous announcement dated 8 September 2014, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby informs the investment public that the Over the Counter Transaction (OTC) for the transfer of 257,827 shares issued by CYCLON which were offered by the accepting shareholders of the latter was effected on 10 September 2014. As a result of this transaction, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. owns 24,702,825 shares which represent 92.64% of the voting rights of CYCLON HELLAS S.A.
