MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the Figures and Information for the period 1.1.2012 – 31.3.2012 will be published in the daily press on Tuesday, May 29^th, 2012 while a teleconference has been scheduled for the same day at 17:30 hrs local time (UK: 15:30, EASTERN US: 10:30).

It is clarified that the Figures and Information as well as the Interim Financial Statements for the period 1.1.2012 – 31.3.2012 will be available on the Company website www.www.moh.gr (Investor Relations / Financial Information / Quarterly Financial Statements) as well as on the Athens Exchanges site www.ase.gr after the close of the trading day of Monday, May 28^th, 2012.
