MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on January 3^rd, 2023 it effected purchases of 13,644 Company shares of total value EUR 304,651.82 (average price per share: EUR 22.329).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,967,702 corresponding to 1.78% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 16.275 per share.
