MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that, by virtue of the decision of the Annual Ordinary General Assembly dated 17 June 2020 and following the relevant announcement of 24 June 2020, on 9 October 2020 it effected purchases of 4,000 Company shares of total value EUR 40,255.00 (average price per share: EUR 10.06). The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company (including the shares acquired in the context of the previous buy back program by virtue of the decision of the Annual General Assembly dated 6 June 2018) equals 100,353 corresponding to 0.09% of its share capital.

The purchases of own Company shares are effected through the ATHEX Member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
