It is pointed out that the above PDMRs acquired Company shares exercising their stock options to purchase shares at the Grant Price of Euro 16.56 per share following the relevant decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 22 March 2023.

Moreover, on 30 April 2025, pursuant to the decision of the above-mentioned Extraordinary General Assembly, the hereunder PDMRS acquired Company shares free of payment as follows:
