Appointment of new Head of the Internal Audit Department
According to article 2 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, it is hereby announced that Mr. Achilleas B. Sklivaniotis has been appointed Head of the Internal Audit Department of the Company taking over from Mr. Christos Papagikas who is giving up his post due to retirement on December 31st, 2020.
Mr. Sklivaniotis was born in 1965. He holds a Bachelor’s degree of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering from South Bank University of London, an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Bath (Great Britain) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
He has more than 30 years of working experience with various multinational companies based in Greece and abroad at executive level posts.
Mr Sklivaniotis assumed his duties on December 1st, 2020.
