Expiration of the five-year period for the collection of fiscal year 2017 dividend

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the five-year period available for the collection of the year 2017 dividend expires on December 31^st, 2023. Company shareholders entitled to the year 2017 dividend, who for whatever reason have not collected it, can contact the Shareholders’ Department (12A Irodou Attikou str., 151 24 Maroussi, persons responsible: Mr Symeon Lymperakis & Mrs Dimitra Kalliontzaki– telephone numbers: + 30 210 809 4204 & + 30 210 809 4187 respectively). After December 31^st, 2023 dividends not collected will be written off in favor of the Hellenic State.
