Conclusion of repurchase of stake in KORINTHOS POWER S.A.

Following a previous announcement regarding the repurchase by MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. of the total stake of IBERDROLA S.A in the share capital of the company KORINTHOS POWER S.A., which owns an electricity generation license, it is hereby acknowledged that the transaction was concluded on October 22nd, 2008.
