Announcement of Transactions of persons discharging managerial responsibilities

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that following their participation in the Public Offer for Bonds of the Common Bond Loan of the Company (OASIS MOHB1), which took place in the period 17-19 March 2021, according to the bondholders’ registry received on 23 March 2021 Company executives were allocated Bonds as follows:

• Mr. Petros Tzannetakis (Deputy Managing Director) 66 Bonds of total value Euro 66,000
• Mr. Loukas Tripelopoulos (Manager of Banking Relations & Investment) 16 Bonds of total value Euro 16,000
• Mr. Philip Malergos (Financial Reporting Manager) 11 Bonds of total value Euro 11,000
• Mr. Ioannis Kioufis (Refinery Senior Manager) 11 Bonds of total value Euro 11,000

Additionally, Mrs. Panagiota Zogopoulou, spouse of the General Counsel of the Company, received an allocation of 5 Bonds of total value Euro 5,000.

All above persons are obliged to acknowledge their transactions with subject securities issued by MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. pursuant to article 19 of the Regulation (EU) 596/2014.
