Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007: Transaction Acknowledgment
It is hereby announced that on October 3rd, 2012 Mr. Spyros Balezos, Investor Relations Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares, according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), sold 2,500 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 17,475.
