It is hereby announced that on February 5th, 2015 Mr. Ioannis Dimakis, Corporate Announcement Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), sold 4,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 27,600.
