Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007: Transaction Acknowledgment

It is hereby announced that on January 13^th, 2015, Mr. Loukas Tripelopoulos, Investor Relations Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), sold 3,600 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 23,400.
