Announcement in the context of the Law 3556/2007 - Transaction Acknowledgment

It is hereby announced that on January 15th 2013 PIRAEUS BANK S.A. sold 15,371 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 129,116.40. This announcement is made in the context of article 6, paragraph 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, considering that Mr. George P. Alexandridis participates in the Board of PIRAEUS BANK S.A. as an Independent Non-Executive Member and, at the same time, in the Board of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. as Non-Executive Member.
