It is hereby announced that Mr. Ioannis Dimakis, Corporate Announcements Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), bought MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares as follows:

a) On August 11th, 2011, 805 shares of total value  € 5,273.60

b) On August 12th, 2011, 195 shares of total value  € 1,287.
