It is hereby announced that on 29 July 2022 DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY sold 100,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value Euro 1,690,000 through an Over-The-Counter (OTC) transaction.

DOSON INVESTMENTS COMPANY is a legal entity related with Mr. Nikos Th. Vardinoyannis, Non-Executive BoD Member of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A., who is obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares pursuant to the article 19 of the Regulation EU 596/2014.
