Completion of the transaction for the direct divestment of IREON INVESTMENTS LTD from OPTIMA FACTORS S.A.

Following the announcements dated 8 and 21 July 2020, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces the completion of the transaction for the sale of the 100% stake of the share capital of OPTIMA FACTORS S.A. by its subsidiary IREON INVESTMENTS LTD (Seller) to OPTIMA BANK Α.Ε. (Buyer) for a total consideration amount of Euro 6,307,000.

Following the above, the direct stake of IREON INVESTMENTS LTD in OPTIMA FACTORS S.A. became nil.
