Expiration of the five year period for the collection of fiscal year 2010 dividend

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the five-year period available for the collection of the year 2010 dividend expires on December 31^st, 2016. Company shareholders entitled to the year 2010 dividend, who for whatever reason have not collected it, can contact the Shareholders’ Department (12A IrodouAttikou str., 151 24 Maroussi, tel. + 30 210 8094042 – person responsible:MsKerassioti). After December 31^st, 2016 dividends not collected will be written off in favor of the Hellenic State.
