EXPIRATION OF THE FIVE YEAR PERIOD FOR THE COLLECTION OF THE YEAR 2009 DIVIDEND

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the five-year period available for the collection of the year 2009 dividend expires on December 31^st, 2015. Company shareholders entitled to the year 2009 dividend, who for whatever reason have not collected it, can contact the Shareholders’ Department (12A Irodou Attikou str., 151 24 Maroussi, tel. + 30 210 8094042 – person responsible: Ms Kerassioti). After December 31^st, 2015 dividends not collected will be written off in favor of the Hellenic State.
