Extension of the acceptance period of the mandatory tender offer addressed to the shareholders of CYCLON HELLAS S.A.

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. (the “Offeror”) hereby announces that the mandatory tender offer acceptance period (the “Tender Offer”) for the acquisition of the total number of common registered shares issued by the SocieteAnonyme under the legal name “CYCLON HELLAS S.A., which commenced on 17 July 2014 and was scheduled to terminate on 28 August 2014, is extended by one (1) week until 4 September 2014. The relevant approval was granted by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission BoD in its meeting dated 26 August 2014.
