Outcome of the Tax Audit for the Fiscal Year 2010

In the context of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange (section 4.1.3.1), MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces the completion of the tax audit for the fiscal year 2010. According to the outcome of the tax audit, the additional tax liability, concerning accounting differences, amounted to Euro 2.45 million plus surcharges on additional tax of Euro 1.81 million. The Company has requested a 40% rebate on surcharges on the grounds that the relevant payment was effected in one instalment. The amounts arising from the tax audit will be accounted for in the fiscal year 2014.
