Appointment of new Director of Corporate Internal Audit Department

According to article 2 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, it is hereby announced that Mr. Christos Papagikas, until recently Deputy Director of the Company’s Corporate Internal Audit Department, was appointed Director of Corporate Internal Audit in the place of Mr. Konstantinos Thanopoulos who gave up his post due to retirement on May 31, 2018.
