Announcement in relation to voting rights change – CORRECT REPETITION

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that as it was informed on 18 August 2017 its shareholder MOTOR OIL HOLDINGS LTD became a controlled undertaking (according to article 3 of the Law 3556) of the Cyprus based company under the legal name MOTOR OIL INVESTMENTS LIMITED.

 

MOTOR OIL HOLDINGS LTD holds directly 1.528% and indirectly (through its controlled undertaking PETROVENTURE HOLDINGS LIMITED) 40.00% of the voting rights of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A.

 

According to its previous official notification made on 8 June 2011 MOTOR OIL HOLDINGS LTD controlled 40.757% of the voting rights of the Company (directly 0.127% and indirectly 40.630% through its controlled undertaking PETROVENTURE HOLDINGS LIMITED).

 

The present announcement is made since, following the change in the chain of controlled undertakings through which the voting rights of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. are effectively held, the percentage of voting rights controlled indirectly by the legal entity under the notification obligation MOTOR OIL INVESTMENTS LIMITED is 41.528% from 0% previously. According to the relevant notification received on 18 August 2017, the critical date the voting rights percentage reached 41.528% as mentioned in the TR-I form is 17 August 2017.

 

MOTOR OIL INVESTMENTS LIMITED has no shares issued by MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A.
