Announcement of Business Developments

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces the acquisition of storage installations located at the area of New Karvali close to the city of Kavala. The value of the transaction will be approximately Euro 15 million payable in installments. The signatory party to the transaction is the listed on the Athens Exchange company REVOIL S.A.
