Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007: Transaction Acknowledgment
It is hereby announced that on November 28th, 2014, Mr. Loukas Tripelopoulos, Investor Relations Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), sold 2,021 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 13,520.49.
