Update of the Year 2013 Financial Calendar

According to the provisions of paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 4.1.4.3.1 of the Regulation of Athens Exchanges, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces its updated year 2013 Financial Calendar in order to include the return of capital amount of EURO 0.10 per share which has as follows:

Annual Ordinary General Meeting: Wednesday June 19^th, 2013

Year 2012 ex-dividend date: Wednesday June 26^th, 2013 (that is, after June 21^st, 2013 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index, in which it is included).

Shareholders entitled to the year 2012 dividend: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Friday June 28^th, 2013 (record date).

First day of payment of the year 2012 dividend: Thursday July 4^th, 2013.

Ex-return of capital amount date: Monday November 4^th, 2013 (that is, prior to December 20^th, 2013 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index, in which it is included).

Shareholders entitled to the return of capital amount: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Wednesday November 6^th, 2012 (record date).

First day of payment of the return of capital amount: Tuesday November 12^th, 2013.
