Update of the Year 2012 Financial Calendar

According to the provisions of paragraphs 3 and 4 of section 4.1.4.3.1 of the Regulation of Athens Exchange, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces its updated year 2012 Financial Calendar in order to include the return of capital amount of EURO 0.10 per share which has as follows:

Annual Ordinary General Meeting: Thursday June 28^th, 2012

Year 2011 ex-dividend date: Monday July 2^nd, 2012 (that is, after June 15^th, 2012 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX 20 index, in which it is included).

Shareholders entitled to the year 2011 dividend: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Wednesday July 4^th, 2012 (record date).

First day of payment of the year 2011 dividend: Tuesday July 10^th, 2012.

Ex-return of capital amount date: Monday November 5^th, 2012 (that is, prior to December 21^st, 2012 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX 20 index, in which it is included).

Shareholders entitled to the return of capital amount: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Wednesday November 7^th, 2012 (record date).

First day of payment of the return of capital amount: Tuesday November 13^th, 2012.
