Financial Calendar of the Year 2010

In the context of its obligations according to the Regulation of the Athens Exchanges, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A hereby announces its Financial Calendar of the year 2010 which is as follows:

Publication of the Figures and Information of the fiscal year 2009: Thursday March 4th, 2010. The Figures and Information together with the Yearly Financial Report of the fiscal year 2009 will be available on the Company site www.www.moh.gr (Investor Relations / Financial Information / Full Year Financial Reports) as well as on the Athens Exchanges site www.ase.gr after the close of the trading day of Wednesday March 3rd, 2010. 

Teleconference: Thursday March 4th, 2010 at 17:30 hrs local time (UK: 15:30, EASTERN US: 10:30)

Annual briefing to analysts: Friday March 5th, 2010 (Company presentation at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors)  

Annual Ordinary General Meeting: Thursday May 27th, 2010

Ex-dividend remainder of the year 2009 date: Monday May 31st, 2010 (that is, prior to June 18th, 2010 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX 20 index in which it is included). 

First day of payment of dividend remainder of year 2009: Tuesday June 8th, 2010.
