Publication date of First Half 2010 Financial Results

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A hereby announces that the Figures and Information for the period 1.1.2010–30.6.2010 will be published in the daily press on Wednesday August 25th, 2010 while a teleconference has been scheduled for the same day at 17:30 hrs local time (UK: 15:30, EASTERN US: 10:30).

The Figures and Information and the Half Year Financial Report will be available on the Company site www.www.moh.gr  (Investor Relations / Financial Information / Half Year Financial Reports) as well as on the Athens Exchanges site www.ase.gr  after the close of the trading day of Tuesday August 24th, 2010.
