Amendment of the Year 2018 Financial Calendar

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby notifies the following changes in respect of its Financial Calendar of the year 2018:

 

Annual Ordinary General Meeting: Wednesday June 6^th, 2018 (no change).

 

Year 2017 ex-dividend remainder date: Tuesday June 26^th, 2018 (instead of Monday June 25^th, 2018).

 

Shareholders entitled to the year 2017 dividend remainder (record date): Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Wednesday June 27^th, 2018 (instead of Tuesday June 26^th, 2018).

 

First day of payment of the year 2017 dividend remainder: Tuesday July 3^rd, 2018 (instead of Monday July 2^nd, 2018).

 

It is noted that all dates related to the distribution of the fiscal 2017 dividend remainder are after June 15^th, 2018 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index, in which it is included.
