Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007: Acknowledgment of Transactions

It is hereby announced that Mr. Petros T. Tzannetakis, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his Stock Exchange transactions on Company shares, according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), sold MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares as follows:

a) On September 17^th, 2015 sale of 450 shares of total value EUR 4,522.50 and

b) On September 21^st, 2015 sale of 550 shares of total value EUR 5,562.55.
