Financial Calendar of the Year 2013

In the context of its obligations according to the Regulation of the Athens Exchanges, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces its Financial Calendar of the year 2013, which is as follows:

Publication of the Figures and Information of the fiscal year 2012: Thursday March 14^th, 2013. The Figures and Information together with the Yearly Financial Report of the fiscal year 2012 will be available on the Company site www.www.moh.gr (Investor Relations / Financial Information / Full Year Financial Reports) as well as on the Athens Exchanges site www.ase.gr after the close of the trading day of Wednesday March 13^th, 2013.

Teleconference: Thursday March 14^th, 2013 at 17:30 hrs local time (UK: 15:30, EASTERN US: 10:30)

Annual briefing to analysts: Friday March 15^th, 2013 

Annual Ordinary General Meeting: Wednesday June 19^th, 2013

Year 2012 ex-dividend date: Wednesday June 26^th, 2013 (that is, after June 21^st, 2013 which signifies the expiration date for the Futures Contracts on the Company´ s stock and on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP index, in which it is included).

Shareholders entitled to the year 2012 dividend: Company shareholders registered in the electronic files of the Dematerialized Securities System (S.A.T) dated Friday June 28^th, 2013 (record date).

First day of payment of the year 2012 dividend: Thursday July 4^th, 2013.
