Publication date of Financial Results for the period 1.1.2010 - 30.9.2010

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the Figures and Information for the period 1.1.2010 – 30.9.2010 will be published in the daily press on Thursday, November 25th, 2010 while a teleconference has been scheduled for the same day at 17:30 hrs local time (UK: 15:30, EASTERN US: 10:30).

Α Company presentation has also been scheduled for Friday, November 26th, 2010 at the Association of Greek Institutional Investors.

The Figures and Information and the Interim Financial Statements for the period 1.1.2010 – 30.9.2010 will be available on the Company website www.www.moh.gr  (Investor Relations / Financial Information / Quarterly Financial Statements) as well as on the Athens Exchanges site www.ase.gr after the close of the trading day of Wednesday, November 24th, 2010.
